Why is some odd text showing up on my emails and PDF?

    We have designed many forms on Jotform that we are very happy with. At the moment, all of our forms when submitted follow up with a confirmation email of the submitted contract. In the attached pdf of the contract, there is language like "Click to edit.." and "Type a question" as if it is the back end of Jot Form, not the filled out contract. Can you help us with this? It is on all our contracts and release forms at the moment once they turn into an attached PDF. Thank you.

    I have been testing this and found it happens due to the question text, please make sure that such property is empty so you do not see that text appearing on your emails and reports:
