Previous jotform worked on website no problem. I have enabled ssl for the website recently, would this affect my new form not showing up? If so, how could I get it to show up?

I have been testing your webpage and noticed that it works fine, the JotForm embedded there is currently loading normally.
May be your website needed some time to update things after the upgrade to SSL, please try clearing its cache if you're still experiencing the issue.

I was able to replicate the issue on an iPhone. Here's a screenshot:
Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame code. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
