Hi there, we are currently on the Bronze plan, and are trying to delete some of our old jotforms so we can do new ones. It keeps saying we have reached our form limit and to delete some, but once we delete some it still comes up with the same message. How do we delete old forms and create new ones on the Bronze plan? Thanks :)

We are sorry for this confusion.

You are currently subscribed to Bronze plan and the accounts in Bronze plan are allowed to create forms up to 25. Please note that the form count limit was implemented recently for paid accounts too. However, the existing accounts like yours are grandfathered which means that existing forms on your account will be kept as active as long as you use them.

As I checked, you have 34 active forms on your account. These 34 forms will be kept active but you can not create new form unless you delete or archive some them. According to your current form count limit, you need delete/archive at least 10 active forms to create a new form or need to upgrade your account to a higher plan if you want keep your existing forms and create new ones.

If you have more questions, please feel free to ask. We would be pleased to assist you.
