Very weird that e-mailed submission do not always allow to open the photos. One person recieved the e-mail on the same model iPhone and was able to open the photo, another person with same model iPhone could not open the photo. Not sure what the glitch is but we really need help to fix this and so far nobody has answers. Please help!

Is this error message shown to the person that tried to view uploaded image?
This issue is related to Privacy settings on your account.
Require log-in to view uploaded files Privacy option is checked on the Settings page of your account.
You have to un-check this option to allow other users to view uploaded files.
Hope this helps to solve the issue.
