Form over quota: The form is not working on sub-domain form.jotform.com

I am receiving an error message 'form over quota' when trying to use this link:  are you able to assist with this?

I am able to replicate the issue you reported. This should not happen considering that your account is active. 

The issue seems to be related to our sub-domain form.jotform.com and custom URL that you set. The form is working properly when sub-domain is changed to www.jotform.com.

I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

If you have the same issue with other forms, change the 'form' to 'www'.
