Conditional show/hide field not working in Edge or IE

I have a form which depending in the answer to question 4a will un-hide a different text box.

This works fine in Chrome and the latest version of Firefox but not in Edge or IE11. Any ideas why? The form isn't custom other than this conditional logic.

Probably the Javascript wasn't enabled for Edge or IE11.

Can you follow this guide on how to enable javascript on your IE 11 https://www.technipages.com/internet-explorer-enabledisable-javascript

Meanwhile for MS Edge, It seems javascript isn't supported anymore.
You can read the discussion here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31816839/how-do-i-enable-java-in-microsoft-edge-web-browser

For the workaround you can just open it using IE11

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Thanks for the heads up around Edge - I don't use it myself personally.

Just checked in IE11 and javascript was enabled.

I have checked your JotForm in IE11 and Edge and I see that the conditions are working fine at my end. Is the form embedded in any of your web pages? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and assist you further. Also, if you are checking on an older version of IE, it may not be supported.

    Thanks!
