We have received 2 submissions with this form without payment, even though I thought I had made payment required for submission. Is there something I need to do further to keep this from happening?
The 2 submissions were from Madison Stinnett and Nicholas HellsternPage URL:

I found mentioned submissions, but I am not sure there is no payment. I saw that Nicholas submitted a form again and that the payment is shown for that submissions.
The payment field on your form is not required, but considering that calculation is passed to the payment field the form cannot be submitted if credit card info is not entered.
Is your form maybe embedded? If so, please provide us the webpage URL so that we can test the form there and see if we can replicate the same issue.
I would also suggest you to set the Required option for the payment field to Yes.
- DeniseTenneyAnswered on November 15, 2017 at 11:43 AMWe don't have a website. I send the ordering link out in an email. I did
include that link with my original question.
I received 2 separate email notifications for nicholas, so it looks like 2
orders. I received a notification for the other student without payment as
well. I am curious as to how this can happen since it is autofilled into
the credit card spot.
I understand how to make it required and will do that.

Considering that I do not know how and why this has happen, I will escalate this issue to our developers.
We will inform you via this thread if there are any updates.
