I cloned your form and tested it. I could reproduce the problem. It occurs on desktop as well as mobile.
This looks like a bug. So I will escalate this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response on this thread.

As discussed via Facebook, I believe this issue was related to an extra " character in inline option styling:
Once that character was removed, it was no longer causing issues with field ID's having an extra space.
I will leave this ticket open for the time being so we can investigate what caused the issue to appear to begin with.
