I want to create a form with a dropdown box that allows a person to select a particular location. Depending on the location chosen, I want the email to go that location.
Three locations are on the form, you drop down and choose location A - fill in your details, and the confirmation email is shipped off to location A.
I am OK with paying for the premium service, because I want this to work and work well - your integration with google docs is sheer gold as well (and a desirable function).
Please let me know if/how this would be possible.

That's pretty easy to achieve by using conditional logic on your form
You can have the form send email to different addresses depending on the the option selected.
Here's a sample setup:
If you need more information, please feel free to ask.

Thanks so much for that... I have it now. For some reason it wasn't completely intuitive, but I suppose I needed it to slap me in the face.
Your service is fantastic!
