Is anyone else have the issue that when you go to create a new form it will not load? I name the new form and click "create form" and it doesn't do anything.

We are currently not having an issue with creating new forms. The "Create Form" button is working properly. I have tested this on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Please try to log out of your account and restart your browser. If the issue persists, please try to check if it will work on another browser or not. If yes, then you might need to clear your browser cache.
