Can I format the layout of the form submission in the Calendar Report?

Can I format the output once a submission is clicked in the Calendar. I need to at least remove the "question" and "answer" headers. 

Should I look for another tool to handle my calendar needs? Really hope there is a way to do this, but I can't seem to find where to access the actually submission format.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the layout of the submission that is linked to the Calendar Report. This is the default layout of all form submissions using this link (https://www.jotform.com/submissions/submission-id).

You can use the Submission View app. This app allows you to customize the view of your submissions. Here's the link: http://views.jotform.io/.
