Can I alter the Timeout time on a form please?

We've got users entering a lot of data and sometimes they get timed out when formulating a reply - can I alter the timeout anywhere?

We do this surgery every year and I'm about to upgrade to a paid account again for the next three months - will that help?

Forms should not be timing people out.  As long as the browser remains open, the form data should remain and allow for submission.  The form is not excessively long, users should have all the time they would need to fill it out.

If you mean something else by "timeout" other than the form being cleared after a certain amount of time, let us know and we will see what we can do.
