    This form does not work using android phones.

    Second field has a character limit set. This limit does not play well on samsung phones. Renders the field and form unusable. Have had numerous complaints lately because of this.

    I do not have an android phone, so I tested your form using an android (Samsung) emulator, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. 

    Input mask validation that you set for the second field is working properly.
