Where does the form submission data go?

My wife filled out a form to test it but I never received the completed form? Is there a step I must take to ensure I receive it?

And to the addresses in your email notifications.  By default, notification emails are sent to the address associated with your account.  If you would like to update the address a notification is sent to, here is how to do so:
