my current form is not coming through to my email address

    my current form is not coming through to my email address,  I have checked my spam folder, nothing. Something wrong with the servers? Please help.

    Is this a new form or an old one that used to email you and now does not?

    the problem was that i used paypal in my form, so apprently the servers here at jotform  do not release the forms to me until they paypal servers tell them that a transaction has been made.

     

    Please correct me if i am wrong. Is there a way to have both the form and paypal on one page and still get the email confirmation from the form even though the paypal payment has not been made?

    So, you have two forms on a single page, and they are mixed with each other. My recommendation would be to use IFrame code for one of the forms. That way, you would not have them conflict with each other.
