It's not possible to ask for payment information through JotForm forms, you can only process payments using our integrations: https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing 

Please note that asking for payment info through plain text fields will end you with your account suspended since it goes against our terms (although we understand that you may not be using your forms for phishing purposes), please check our terms here: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
