When copying our form link into text messages and social media feeds, how do I have the displayed "icon" to reflect our branding instead of the standard Jot Form icon?
Seeing our branding will help our donors and clients recognize our initiatives. thanks

I have tried checking your JotForm URL in my testing Facebook page and see that your logo is displayed.
If you are still seeing JotForm icon, it might be due to the social media website using favicon to display instead of logo. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the favicon when the direct URL to the form is used. However, you may consider embedding the form to your web page so that the web pages favicon shall be displayed.
Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
