Custom SMTP Sender: Why aren't emails sending?

I am having trouble with my autoresponses on a form. Under settings I have it set up so that I will receive a notification when forms are submitted and the submitter will receive notification that their form has been received.

Neither of these is happening. Any idea what could be going on?

I uploaded a screenshot to show that I do have autoresponses set up.

I have been testing your form and I can see the emails are not sending. Please double check your SMTP credentials since this may be why your emails do note send.

If after confirming the SMTP settings are correct you're still not able to receive emails, please let us know.

Also, I noticed you're using the "Uploads as attachments" option enabled, this option will not work if you're using an SMTP sender, if you want such option you will need to use the default ones noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com

Let us know how it goes.
