I have created a web order form, but I would like to change the layout of the fields when it comes back to us.

The selections are very bunched and difficult to make out.  How can I organise the view better please.

    Regards

I assume you are referring to this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/71212879007354

When I checked your products, you are adding your products by using our payment integration "Purchase Order". Please note that the fields are added to notification setting by their unique names. So, as the payment integration ( which means your product details) is added with its unique name {input32}, once the payment integration is filled, all the related data will retrieve through this unique name inside a column on the notification setting. Unfortunately, there is no way to separate product details if you add them inside the payment integration.

However, if you want to see product details separately, there is still another way. You may want to check my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/73194051023951

I simply created products by using a "Multiple Choice" Fields and set some conditions to show other details and calculate total price according to user selections. Here is the things I did:

    1. The fields I added to my form:

Then, I set the following conditions to show Color and Size option only if the product selection is "A" and hide all other fields if none of the products are selected.

Please note that, This is the workaround for my demo form but you an adjust these to your case. I just wants to show you the idea here.

After that, I set following conditions for the below user selection case:

    - When the product is A and Size is S and Color is Red, the unit price is 10. So, the calculation just to 10 * selected quantity.

    - When the product is A and Size is M and Color is Green, the unit price is 20. So, the calculation just to 20 * selected quantity.

Again, I set my conditions just for the above two cases, you need to apply this for all the combinations you have on your form. I understand it means so much condition but there is nothing else to do.

Here is the screencast how my demo form works based on the above conditions:

Here is the notification email I get:

If you want, you can customise the notification email body as you wish. These are the guides I can suggest you to have a look at.

You can also pass the calculated value to a payment integration by following steps in this user guide:
