New design of forms - how to reverse?

In short, I've noticed that the design of the forms was updated and now each of the questions is being split into separate categories, which causes inconvenience for us as we preferred to have a long form embedded in our website, rather than this.Especially when some forms don't have all required fields for bookings, which now people would have to click "next" through all of the single questions/sections to submit the form. 

Is there any way to either reverse this to the older version or merge questions in sections, i.e. there would be more than a one question per tab?
