Where is that message shown? Inside of the email Notification/Autoresponder that is sent when the form is submitted?
I checked your account, but you do not have any form? Please provide us an ID of the form that is causing a mentioned issue?
If you are using your own email address as the sender email, change it to our default email address to see if that will resolve the issue.
