What documents do you need for the non profit discount?

- We are an italian association. Do you know with kind of organisation (based on italian law) are eligible? What documents do you need exactly to certificate non profit status? Do you request any translation or other specific features?

It would be nice for the confirmation process if you are able to send non-profit documents in English. We need these pieces of information for the non-profit discount:

- JotForm Username

- Email Address

- Registered Organization Name

- Organization URL

- Attachment of the appropriate document that officiates your nonprofit status
