Unable to get captcha to work on any of my forms. Ended up removing it.
Can't find any info in FAQ about it.
I have the captcha remaining in the Public Contact Form for you to look at.

What is the URL for the Public Contact Form on your site?

I have the same issue, but only in IE. I can't help much with an URL because I have to remove the Captcha because the form is live and it's messing up submissions.
Update, both Captcha options available were doing the same thing and doing it in IE and Firefox before I shut it off for the last time. I have no other scripts running on the page at all. It's a pretty basic site. I have the Captcha disabled because of the problems it was causing, but it was located here http://www.xave.ca/temp/tickets.html
In IE I am also getting the error "JotForm is undefined" in the browser status bar. Code 0, line 45, char 4.
Any ideas? I saw in another post someone has having the same issue and it was a script conflict. I have nothing running though.

Can you try using the iframe code instead?
Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:
1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Embed Form"
3. Click on "iFrame".

I will try it this afternoon when I am working on the site and update you.
The issue is I am not sure how my custom thank you page will work. If my form is set to go to a custom thank you page after submission (URL), does that mean that thank you page is going to open inside the iFrame? That would mean I would have to setup a new Thank You page because it uses the site's template, and I can't have that opening inside an iFrame.
Also, the pages in the site are inside a scrollable DIV. I don't even know if I can put an iFrame inside of that?
Kind of a pain. One of the reasons I am paying for the service is the convenience of the captchas. Am I always going to have to use a workaround to get them to work? I don't think I have the option to redesign the site at this point, and will probably just have to disable captchas.

So is there no other update to this other than that we can only get the captchas to work by using a workaround?

Captcha do work fine. My understanding that somehow they conflict with something on your page. Do you have the same problem when you look at the form page alone? If you do, we should fix that. (Please send me the form URL and the IE version) If the problem is something on your page, we cannot do anything about it.

The thing is there is nothing on this page. No scripts running whatsoever. It's as as basic an HTML/CSS page as you could get: http://www.xave.ca/tickets.html
I don't have Captcha activate don it currently because the form needs to be active, and the captcha issues were preventing it from working. So I can't activate it.
The Captcha issue wasn't just occuring in IE before I shut it off either. It was also having issues in Firefox. I was seeing the problem in IE 8 and Firefox.

Can you clone the form, enable the captcha, and post it into a old_tickets.html file. Then I can take a look at it and tell you what might be the problem.

I'm having the same issue. Running Firefox 4.0 on Mac OS - http://www.beyondtheveilparanormal.org/contact.php
The CAPTCHA has a spinning graphic and no words come up.

The only explanation that I could think of in your case is that your script may have just not loaded properly. When I checked your site at first, it did what you had explained. But when I refreshed the page just now it seems to load the captcha with no problem this time.
You can try refreshing your page and check. If it's still doing the same on your end, try clearing your browser cache. If you're still experiencing the same problem after my suggestions, please let us know.
