I use JotForm for volunteers to apply to my organization. They have to give 3 personal references with email address and I have it set up for the reference to receive the email prompting them to fill out the reference form on behalf of the applicant. I know that the references are receiving the email with the link and that they are filling them out (I know some of them personally), but I do not see the completed reference form as a submission nor am I notified via email. I don't mind going to the site to view the completed reference, but I do not see them at all. I used this process within the last year with no issues but new applicant reference forms are not coming through.
