JotForm forcing me to upgrade account

    I had a problem with spam last week and the hacker filled my inbox with unwanted emails. Now, JotForm is telling me I must upgrade my account to silver in order to receive inquiries again. This is my second time posting this and I have yet to receive a response. I want to continue to use the basic account, I do not need a silver. Also emailed customer service. Need to have this rectified ASAP! Thank you.
