the url in the email to download the file that was submitted is coming out wrong.

    when a file is submitted, in the response email that I get to download the file.  I am getting a 404 error.  the url that is being used is wrong.  it seems that is not working. does work.

    Hi wayne,

    Jotform currently having issues with uploaded file links and edit links.

    If you're having problem accessing these links, please replace "submit" with "www" in the URL.
