What you would like to happen is possible with our Payment Integrations.

As explained in that guide, you will be able to add options to the items in our product list — How-to-Add-Options-to-Payment-Forms
You can only setup one Payment Integration in a form. If you want to charge your users within the form via PayPal, then you can set up PayPal Integration in your form following this guide — How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

However, if you want to just collect your respondent's order and have them pay outside JotForm via another payment method, then I suggest you just add a Purchase Order in our form.
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
