Do not see payment made on form on authorize.net

    Started using your form to collect payment using authorize.net. When I look at the My Forms I see 1 payment submission, however I do not see on the authorize.net portal. When I setup the form I tested the setting and it worked fine.

    Did you really complete the payment, or did you completed it by clicking on "Complete" button on "Pending Submissions" on JotForm Submissions page? If you did the latter, it will not complete a payment. It will only show it on your submissions.

    Not sure I get what you are saying. I created the form, my client filled the form click "submit form" , I get a notification from JotForm in my email, when I check authorize.net I did not have any pending/unsettled payment. I also looked at "My forms", saw the submission,however the pending button was not active.

    Please contact Authorize.net support and ask them why these payments are not being shown on your account.
