Why submissions are not reaching my account?

    Also I had a client swear he submitted a legal questionnaire through my jotform on my website but I have not received anything. At first I did not believe him because technology is usually more accountable than what I have experienced this week with my jotforms.

     I have not received anything

    I assume  you're referring to email notifications so I went ahead and checked your email history, but I can see all emails have been sent, you could also check your email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    Now, please note that there may be several reasons why an email notification is not sent, I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folders since the emails may have ended up there.

    Now, if you're referring to submissions not reaching your JotForm account, please provide us the link to your webpage where the form has been embedded on. Also, please confirm that your user was redirected to the thank you page after clicking the submit button and if possible, you may also ask the submission details, this way we will be able to search on your submissions and email logs in order to find that specific submission.

    It does seem to be working now.. sorry for the confusion and thank you for responding so quickly to my issue.
