Hi there,
I'm not explaining my issue well enough so I'll try again. This is an application form to request a new credit card.
The applicant completes this and submits it (right now there is a page after the submit) that contains a collapse section for the Finance department.
When the application is submitted, the Finance department gets and email with a link to the EditForm - but they ALSO do not see that collapse section. My idea is that they update this page and make a recommendation for approving or rejecting the request. When they do this, the information will go to the processing unit.
So my question: How can I hide the page/collapse section from the APPLICANT, but then show it when the FINANCE department looks at it.
Please send response to my email at fiona.soward@cbc.ca
Thank you.

My understanding is that you want to hide fields or section collapse in the Edit Mode. It is possible to create a condition that will only work in Edit Mode. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL.
We also have a guide on creating an approval process workflow, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
