does jotform have an option to scan the barcode and write that scanned number to the google sheet? I used jotform to create online application for a music event and it was success. Now I would like to use some application to scan the tickets on the day of the event so the ticket serial numbers are uploaded to a spreadsheet with the timestamp for us to do some data analytics. Do you have any suggestion or idea?

I'm afraid our form builder wasn't designed to perform a task like that. What I would recommend are software or apps specifically designed to scan barcodes and collate them for data analysis.

I ran a quick Google Search and found the following, two of which are Android Apps which should make it even more accessible for events.

    🔘 Inventory & Barcode scanner

    🔘 Barcode to Sheet

🔘 Barcode Scanner for Google Sheets

And here's a video tutorial too.
