The forms are not displayed on my wordpress website. I tried feedback forms, and embed codes.
Even tryed plugin for wordpress for feedback, it doesn't work anyway. The form is not displayed on any page.
https://i.imgur.com/zcNgQus.png - the feedback form embeded on the page, not displayed on the live page
https://i.imgur.com/3gUDIqE.png - the feedback form embeded on the page, in this way it looks on the page preview
https://i.imgur.com/8zf1SPO.png - the form embeded on the page, not displayed, just empty space
Could you solve this problem? we have Bronze account type and bought the lisence in order to be able to use the forms for our website, but it fails and doesn't work. And this dissapoints a lot.
My user namy is TobyP, so please solve this proble, it is urgent.
Thanks

Please note that Wordpress can block some script/javascript codes in the plain text mode. For example, when I want to paste this script code into the text editor:
Script tags were deleted after I updated the page as you can see from the screenshot:
For this reason, you need a component that allows JS code. For example, when I use the "Raw JS" component of the "Visual Composer", I am able to embed one of your forms to my WordPress test website.
As you can see my result, I am able to embed the form both as a simple form and as a feedback button.
Please give it a try and let us know if your issue persists.

I know that it is necessary to embed to Raw JS and I always use it for embed codes. And I did this time and it doesn't work. I actually tried 3 variants with the Text, Raw JS and Raw HTML. No one variant worked. So it is not the case. Please look again into this issue to find other problems. Thanks

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. I have tested embedding one of your forms to my WordPress page and I could not replicate the same challenge.
I followed the process below and it worked.

Maybe you could try using the process and let us know if it works.

Hi, it still doesn't work

The form appears but the other content is not displayed in preview mode.
The form is not displayed on the live page.
Can there be some blocking in WP or in Jotforms?

I kindly ask you to create a test page and embed the forms in it and share the URL of it. We would like to further check the page and embedded forms.
I think you have deleted embedded forms. I cannot find any embedded forms in this page: https://www.talkingedgestudios.com/live-video-streaming-webcast-provider/

Yes, I deleted it from this page as this page should be live.
And it works on other page with a small amount of text and no pictures, but doesn't work on the page above I want to use it. Can there be some blocking due to a lot of content (text, videos, pictures, icons) and animation on the page?

Yes, it can be. If there are more than one widgets working with Javascript, they may be conflicting. Would you please send us the console report of your browser after you embed the forms to your page again?
