    Impossible to update a form

Asked by NESTRANGIN on September 14, 2012 at 09:07 AM

    Hi,

we haven't been able since several days to update the content of our Jotform form (http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12784313854) included in our Jimdo website (http://pie.dromenet.org/cache/inscription-aux-lettres-et-événements/). Modifications are taken in account in Jotform's website but not in Jimdo's website. What could be the problem?

    Cheers

    Nicolas Estrangin

    Hi Nicolas,

Jotform currently having issues with updating forms.

The developers are very aware of it so they should resolve this issue soon, in meantime  please replace "form" with "www" in the URL.

So this means that from your link:

    http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12784313854

    it becomes.

    http://www.jotform.com/jsform/12784313854

    Thank you for contacting Jotform.

    Hi
even with changing the URL adress, Jimdo's website is not able to update
the form. It just even can't finalise the update, and stays jammed as
    shown in the attachment.

    Hi Nicholas,

I have check your page source and you still haven't change your form URL as mention on my first answer.

    From your form URL: http://form.jotform.com/form/12784313854

    It should become: http://www.jotform.com/form/12784313854

You should be embeding the form like this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/12784313854"></script>

Also, kindly resend us your attachement again, we can't seem to view it here. Thanks.

    Hi,

Apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. In addition to Rodjits response above, you may first remove/delete form code that you embed in your website, then delete your browser cache and cookies. After that, get a fresh code of your form and embed it again into your website. However, if the said issue still persist, do let us know or re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame method.

    Your iFrame code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//wwww.jotform.com/form/12784313854" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:859px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Hope this help and if you need further assistance, feel free to contact us at anytime.

    Thank you!
