Why coniditions are not working?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if there is anything wrong with the rule that I made? I created a rule for certain fields which will be hidden if certain Event Types are not selected. Kindly help. Thanks!

    From what I see, you have a lot of overlapping states in your conditions. In your image, you have condition number 10 that say IF event type is not equal to "Birthday", but again you have it in 13th and 15th condition as well. And you applied any rule (IF any of the rules are matched).

    So the system cannot know which condition to apply in that case. 

    You should try switching "ANY" to "ALL" in those multiple option conditions, that should make it work.
