forms not updating after i upgraded to pro

    i upgraded my account a couple days ago to the pro account! well now when i update my forms on yoru website they do not update on my webpage? what is going on some of the links in them have jotform.com and some have jotformpro.com how can you fix this thanks?

    As of the moment there is an issue with updating with the form the changes are not instantly replicated in the "form" subdomain.  To speed up your form updates, please change "form" to "www" on the URL of your form embed codes.

    Example:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/111111111111111"></script>

    To

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/111111111111111"></script>


    Our developers are already working on this issue we hope to have this resolve the soonest possible time. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Ok I can do that but if I don't change anything the form will eventually update by itself correct?

    Yes, that is correct, although the time to which updates are being propagated vary from a few minutes to a few days, depending on the user's location. Sorry, but we really can't tell the exact time.

    I suggest that you apply this change to your current forms and to new forms you'll be creating in the future, at least until we have completely solved this problem.
