Is it possible to improve the PDF output of a form?

I love the look of the web-based forms, but when I export the form into a PDF it looks a bit clunky and old-school. Is there a way a can tailor the output of the form?

Maybe you want to create a Fillable PDF Form that you can import to JotForm.

In a way you can edit your PDF file to your liking and upload it to JotForm.
