Whoops!!! Error

Many of my students are receiving a "Whoops" error message when they attempt to submit the completed form and try to click on the download link to save the form to their computer.  I didn't have any problems last semester, but this semester, it is rampant.  Will probably cancel my subscription if I can't get this resolved.

    Thanks,

    Marsha

The reason you are getting that error message is because the link you provide on your thank you page is incorrect.

    For example:

    1510933502Microsoft Edge 17 11 2017 15 4 Screenshot 10

Here the 'h' in "http" is not included in the link. Also the link has a trailing 'd' at the end. I assume that is also a mistake.

May I ask what link are you trying to provide here?

If you simply want to provide the user with a PDF copy of their submission you should use the pdf link on the thank you page editor.

    For example:

    1510933801Microsoft Edge 17 11 2017 15 4 Screenshot 21

    Hi,
I fixed this page and my students are still emailing me saying they can't download a pdf. Can you look at this page to see if I did it correctly? Can you also look at their submissions and see if something is going on? Same students all the time.
