I haven't been active with my JotForm account for a while but I'm baaaaaack and ready to use lightly, for monthly surveys. I created a new form and tried to publish it but am getting an error message saying my form is in restore mode.

Your account was dormant because you haven't used it in some time. I have reactivated it. So you should be able to log in and work away now.
