I have a long list of text that I want users to be able to pick 6-8 total choices from.  There are about 50 paragraphs total to choose from.  A group of choices needs to be separated out and then each paragraph needs a short heading.  Are there any ways to format a jot form like this?

For example:  "Choose 6-8 of the following statements"

    General Group

      [] Statement 1

          "aldkjg;rhighiahrgilrhglairtlahraihlrtgliglt"

      [] Statement 2

          "alsdjflgjalkgaslrfgkarkglj"

    Group #2

       [] Statement 1

          "alghjaslrghijreilhgrearehierhierghlrerlgh"

       [] Statement 2

           "aghawirgehewghrelghrelg"

You can use "Dynamic Dropdowns" widget for this. Here is a simple example I made using "Dynamic Dropdowns" widget.

Or you can also use a Multiple Choice field and add a "Show/Hide Conditional" logic that shows the text under the Statements if selected.

Let us know if you need help on this.

This is the example using Multiple Choice field and "Show/Hide" conditional logic.
