How to change the form layout to display all questions in one page?

Is there any way I can still use the old form template? this one is complicated. I want all my form fill-in details on one page because they are connected. I don't want the person filling the form to click NEXT for every new element. 

I believe you are referring to the new form layout. If you want to change the form layout to display all the questions in one page, you may change it from the Form settings.

Please open the form in build mode and then click on the Settings tab, Scroll down to change the Form layout option.
