How can I have different email recipients for the same form?

    I have an order form that will be filled out by several different people and sent to the main office (3 recipients that are constant). Each person filling out the form also needs a copy of the form by email.

    Example - Joe, Brian, Jane & Chris will all be using the form to order supplies for their job sites. Joe fills out the form and the main office receives email. Joe also need a copy of the form without anyone else receiving a copy of his order. Same for all of the people when they place an order.
