Why is my custom link not working?

    My form is going to a page with this message:



    Whoops!

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.



    How can I get this changed back?

    I have been checking your forms and did not find the custom link you provided so this means that the custom URL is not currently tied to none of your forms. 

    Please try creating the custom URL again following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
