comma in phone number field

There is a comma in the phone number field.  Once the user mouses over the field, it turns into our phone number mask, which is great.  But how do I make the comma go away?

It seems your field has a place holder with the masked.

I cloned your form and able to delete the comma.

First go to your phone number and properties

Then advanced, highlight the placeholder option

and press delete. Do not click the masked.
