How to submit form entries?

    I THOUGHT I created a fillable form - but when I sent a test link to myself and filled it in, there wasn't any place to hit "submit."

    I went and checked my account anyway; nothing showed up under "submissions."

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The Submit button is usually added by default to the form, but it seems to be missing on your form. Please add the Submit button in order to fix the issue.
