Will downgrade affect the form?

Our association has very limited funds and I am considering downgrading to the Free plan since we do not have many submissions each month. Would downgrading effect our current stored submissions, such as, would the current stored submissions exceed the 10 mb storage allotment for the free plan?

The upload space of the free plan is limited to 100 MB. Since you store more than 100 MB, your form will be disabled. In this case, you may consider removing the old entries in order to remove their associated file uploads. Make sure to download the files first for your records.
