    Hi there

    I couldnt find the link to make payment for my bill.

    please help

    When I check your account, I see that it is in the downgrade period due to the renewal failure. You are able to change your card details from your account settings.

    Please login to your Jotform account then go to the account settings. Then click on the "Billing" tab from the left menu and finally click on the "Change Credit Card" button.

    The invoice stated that already paid in full.

    Was it auto deducted from my card?

    Our apologies for the confusion. I can confirm that you have already made a payment on Nov 16, 2017. I have just removed the downgrade progress. You don't need to do anything as your next billing date is on Nov 17, 2019.

    I feel so upset for having this email.

    I also checked in my credit card statement that deduction has been recorded .

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    It seems when your older premium bi-yearly subscription was cancelled, that caused your account to downgrade to free plan. I have taken care of your account issue. Since you already have new bi-yearly premium subscription plan which was upgraded on Nov 16, 2017, your account is now upgraded to premium plan.

    Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
