My paypal business account is set up to receive payments and receives them daily. When I entered the API credentials it said it could not verify the account. How can this be resolved?

I checked one of your forms, https://www.jotform.com/73208965379167 which was integrated with PayPal Pro:
But I notice there is a comma there, so please double check your API credentials and let us know how it worked.

Ok I fixed the comma but I am still getting that error. Any more suggestions?

After making the change, it seems you were not able to save your settings. Can you try editing your settings again and this time scrolling down right after, pressing the continue button and then the save button settings?
