How can I place my form within a link

Can you please tell me in simple language how to convert the embed code\

to "click here" instead of the long code presented. Please help.

Perhaps you want to link your form within a page on your website? This isn't called embedding per se, you're just placing a link to your page that points to your form. Below is an example link that points to your form:

CLICK HERE

To do that, just use HTML and place them on your website.

The codes above will show a CLICK HERE link that points to your form.
