    Our form notifications are being blocked and sent to junk mail

    We use Postini as a junk mail filter for our mail server. We have unblocked the address "jotform.com" from the email filter but our jotforms are still being blocked. The "from" in the e-mails being sent to junk mail have the form user's email address so I'm curious as to why the forms are still being blocked.

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    Can you try to whitelist Jotmail's IP servers shown in link below:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Also, ensure that you change your notification email Sender's name and email to jotform and noreply@jotform.com respectively.

    OK, I have entered the jotform and noreply@jotform.com designations and I THINK it's working now. I will see if IT would be willing to white list the ips. They may be a little apprehensive about that.
