Hi, I am the founder of the Australian Bike Vault - www.bikevault.com.au. We are a not for profit that provides and free service where people register and report stolen bikes. We want to create a free sales receipt for buyers and sellers when selling bikes. We are not looking to retain this information we merely want to provide the template so the seller and buyer end up with an emailed receipt.
Is this type of account available? It appears you store the data for all submissions, does this have to occur?

Regarding the sales receipt preference that you wish to have, does this constitute any financial transaction? It would be great if you can provide us more details on the process that you wish to have on your form.
Regarding the data being stored, yes, it is by default the purpose of form submissions. But you may have an option to automatically delete the submissions after receiving it by using this app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions
